Focus Arts; Dance; Drawing; Photography; Welding; Writing.
Qualifications Graduating high school seniors at Rappahannock County High School who are passionate about art (drawing, cartooning, dancing, photography, writing, woodworking, welding, etc.) are eligible; must plan to attend a two- or four-year college or university, trade school, or training/certification program.
