Purpose |
To improve the teaching/learning process in the library and classroom and to supplement the recipient's training by extending the use of educational communications and technology. |

Qualifications |
Applicants must be practicing K-12 school teachers or school library/media specialists pursuing a Master's degree or professional certificate in the field; must be enrolled or planning to attend an accredited college. |
Criteria |
Selection is based on: scholarship; experience in the field of educational media, information literacy, research skills and involvement in innovative programs; service and leadership in the profession; applicant's statement; and letters of recommendation. |

Applicants must complete and submit the application form and three letters of recommendation. Application and references may be emailed by the deadline, but letters of recommendation must be received from the writer no later than a week after the deadline. |
