Applicants must submit a resume that includes current position and relevant previous positions; application form (32 KB Word version) which includes: brief statement (200 words maximum) connecting attendance at Academy with service to TS-SIS; evidence of professional involvement; itemized estimate of transportation, lodging, meals, and/or registration expenses for attending the Academy; statement of how much financial support will be provided by the applicant's employer; one letter of recommendation. |
