What does this tool do?

The Youth Committee Finder allows you to locate Youth Committees by city, state or ZIP code. You’ll find names, location, and contact information for local Youth Committees.

What is an Youth Committee?

Youth Committees work under local Workforce Development Boards to guide youth programs and policy in their area. If there are no Youth Committees near the location you’re searching, you will be prompted to search for your local WDB to learn about their youth policies.

How do I get started?

Enter the city and state, state, or ZIP code of the location where you want to find a Youth Committee. Then click “Search”

You’ll find a list of Youth Committees in your location. Click on the name of any Youth Committee to find contact information for the committee’s chair. Next to each Youth Committee, you’ll also see an address and the name of the related WDB. Click on the WDB name to find contact information for that board.

Once you click on a Youth Committee name, you’ll see a Youth Committee Contacts page. Here you’ll find:

  • A link to the committee’s website (if available)
  • The name, address, phone, and email address of the committee’s chair and vice chair
  • Information about the related WDB, including contact details for the WDB chair and vice chair
