        Certification Description
Earning a credential from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) represents a significant professional achievement. NCCAOM certification makes an important statement about professional competence that is recognized by regulatory bodies, the profession, and the public. Maintaining your credential for the balance of your professional career is essential.

The unprecedented growth and acceptance of Oriental medicine over the last 20 years is due in no small part to the existence of a legitimate certification and examination program based on national standards.
