Non-water Supply Contractor
License Description W-3 Limited Non-Water-Supply Contractor This registration permits the registrant to construct a non-water-supply well, including but not limited to, the installation, repair and maintenance of pumps, pump motors, pump piping, valves, wiring, electric controls, and tanks. Requirements: The requirements for this registration shall be at least twenty-four (24) months as a well driller or having held a valid W-4 registration for at least two years. The applicant must achieve a passing score on the written examination for this registration offered by the Department.
