Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinder Filling Personnel - CAF
License Description Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinder Filling Personnel are responsible for refilling DOT and ASME cylinders. They are responsible for ensuring both state LP-Gas Board regulations and federal DOT regulations are followed during the course of refilling cylinders. Requirements: 1. Must be employed by a Class 1 or Class 3 Permit Holder. 2. Must have on-the-job training in the liquefied petroleum gas business of not less than 30 days. 3. Must attend a minimum of one (1) board sanctioned safety meeting annually. Written and Oral Examinations. Fees: License fee $25.00. Renewal fee $25.00 per year
