Racing Agent (Thoroughbred Racing)
License Description Racing Agents act for owners and trainers in matters of racing interests. The racing agent is named in a document that is signed by the owner or trainer and filed with the racing commission. If an agent represents more than one owner or trainer, he must file a separate application for each. Requirements: 1) Must meet all requirements listed in the Arkansas State Racing Commission Rules and Regulations. 2) Must be approved by the stewards. License fees: $38.00 for each owner or trainer represented per year.
