Aesthetician
License Description "Aesthetician" means any person who engages in the practice of beautifying the body by cleaning, waxing, externally manipulating, or stimulating the body by means of the hands, devices, apparatus, or appliances with or without the use of cosmetic preparations, antiseptics, tonics, lotions, and creams; 1. Must be at least 16 years of age. 2. Must have completed the 10th grade or its equivalent. 3. Must have successfully completed a six hundred (600) hour course of instruction at an approved school of cosmetology. Must take a practical eximantion administered by a Licensed school of Cosmetology in Arkansas(Not to exceed $65.00) and a national written examination ($60.00)
