License Description
The Audiologist primarily provides patient-centered care in the prevention, identification, diagnosis, treatment and management of hearing loss, tinnitus and balance disorders in people of all ages. Requirements: 1) Must possess at least a Master's Degree in Audiology. 2) Must complete professional experience requirement. 3) Must Score at least 170 on Praxis Audiology Examination. 4) 10 hours of CEU's each year for renewal of license. Application Fee: $100.00, Annual Renewal fee: $60.00
