Modular Home Manufacturer
License Description A Modular Home Manufacturer means any person who manufactures modular homes. Each manufacturer, in or out of state, delivering or shipping into the State modular homes for sale, shall apply to the Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission for certification. For certification and compliance purposes, manufacturers, firms or corporations that occupy more than one location, shall have each location treated as a separate entity and adhere to all requirements for manufacturer certification. Requirements: 1) Must have on file a completed application on forms supplied by the Administrative Authority. 2) Must possess a Statement of Compliance. 3) Must have paid all fees set forth for certification. Original certification fee: $1,000.00, Renewal: $625.00 (annually), Recovery Fund: None
