Experience Requirement: Ability to understand laws and regulations pertaining to poultry inspection and a practical knowledge of all aspects of poultry slaughter and processing. Average Time to Process Application: 2 months. Renewal Period: Calendar year. Special License Requirements: not available Comments: Inspectors must participate in annual training meetings sponsored by the department.
