License Description Personnel determining the grade of butter. Fees: Examination Application: $100; License Renewal: $100. Examination Frequency: Upon request. Exam Locations: Place of business. Experience Requirement: By written, and oral and practical examination, applicant must show proficiency in grading butter according to state requirements. Average Time to Process Application: 30 days. Renewal Period: Annually. Every butter grader's license expires on the 31st day of December. Penalties apply when not renewed within statutory deadline.
