Fees: Application: $525 (This does not include initial licensing fee, which will be assessed upon approval of application.)100 Fingerprint processing: $49 Renewal: $650.00 Experience Requirement: Education: must be graduated from a Board-approved or CODA accredited Dental School. Average Time to Process Application: Online Update of license status: 48 hours and Arrival of pocket license: 2-3 weeks 2-3 weeks. Mail Update of license status: 6-8 weeks and Arrival of pocket license: 6-8 additional weeks. Renewal Period: Biennially (every second year). Comments: WREB clinical examination and completion of a General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry program accredited by CODA recognized for licensure.
