Professional Fiduciary License
License Description Application: $400 application fee. Requires BA/BS or sufficient experience as a fiduciary, must pass both CA and National portion of exam, fingerprint background check, 30 hours of prelicensing education. Initial License: $600 + pro-rated fee to the second birthday for initial license and initial annual statement. Annual License Renewal: $700 annual renewal fee, annual statement, and 15 hours of continuing education. Licensing for Guardians, Conservators, Trustees, Durable Power of Attorney, and personal representative of a decedent's estate.
