Fees: Application: $100 Examination: $500 License: No Fee Renewal: $50 Examination Frequency: Annually. Exam Locations: As needed. Experience Requirement: Documented evidence or advanced study and training in kinesiological electromyography. Average Time to Process Application: 120 days. Renewal Period: Biennially (birth month).
