License Description
Persons performing psychological functions to gain experience towards licensure while under the immediate supervision of a licensed psychologist. Application Fee: $75 Renewal: $75 Renewal Frequency: Annually No examination is required for this registration. Minimum Education Requirement: A master's degree in psychology or education with the field of specialization in educational psychology, counseling psychology, or school psychology. Registration as a psychological associate shall be limited to a cumulative total of six years (72 months). Average Time to Process Application: Processing times vary, please refer to the average processing timeframes posted on the Board's website. Authority: Business and Professions Code, Section 2913.
