Limited Sampler's and Weigher's License
License Description Processing plant personnel who only collect samples of bulk raw milk for drug residue testing prior to processing. Fees: Examination Application: $75; License Renewal: $75. Examination Frequency: Upon request. Exam Locations: At place of business (a milk processing plant). Experience Requirement: By written, and oral and practical examination applicant must show proficiency in sampling and weighing or measuring milk and cream. Average Time to Process Application: 60 days. Renewal Period: Biennially. Expires two years from date of issue. License renewal fees must be received within 90 days of the license expiration date for renewals to be issued. Each licensee must, within six months prior to the expiration of the license, successfully complete a refresher course and proficiency evaluation.
