The Division Director does not regulate clinics where athletic training is practiced. The Division Director is authorized to take disciplinary actions against those who violate the Athletic Trainer Practice Act, Rules, and Regulations. Office activities include issuing registrations to athletic trainers, investigating complaints about athletic trainers, and enforcing disciplinary actions taken by the Division Directo
