Military Spouse Certification
License Description DESCRIPTION: Pursuant to Rule 204.4, Military Spouse certification is granted for a limited purpose. You must notify the Office of Attorney Registration within 14 days of any change related to your certification or status as a military spouse pursuant to C.R.C.P. 204.4(5), unless the change is circumstances in the death or disability of your spouse, then notification must be provided with 26 weeks from the date upon which the event occurred. Changes of business and home address(es) and phone number(s) must also be reported within 30 days of such change per C.R.C.P. 227(2)(b). Once approved, you will be billed an annual registration fee in December of each year and you must complete the required course on professionalism as required by Rule 204.4(2)(d). The required course must be completed within twenty-six weeks of your admission date.
