Practice Pending Admission
License Description DESCRIPTION: Pursuant to Rule 205.6, Practice Pending Admission is granted for the limited purpose of providing legal services in Colorado through an office or other place for the regular practice of law. Once approved, your admission will expire in 365 days. You must immediately notify the Attorney Registration Office of any change in status related to your admission, or supervising attorney. See C.R.C.P. 205.6(6) for a description of events/status changes that will result in immediate and automatic termination of your authority to practice law under this rule. Changes of business and home address(es) and phone number(s) must also be reported within 30 days of such change per C.R.C.P. 227(2)(b). Foreign Legal Consultants must first submit an application for Foreign Legal Consultant certification pursuant to C.R.C.P. 204.2. See C.R.C.P. 205.6(2).
