License Description V-2 CERTIFIED ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN, UNRESTRICTED The holder of this license is a technician working as an employee for a service dealer, which is either a sole proprietor or corporation. The holder of this license may perform service or repair of televisions, radios, stereos, and install any type of antennae, etc. "Service" means the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, inspection and modification of receiving equipment. "Service dealer" means a person engaging in the business of servicing receiving equipment, having an established location for the performance of such service. "Receiving equipment" means television or radio receiving apparatus and associated components, including, but not limited to, antenna receiving systems, phonographs, tape recorders and audiovisual equipment.
