License Description F.S. 489 A "registered alarm system contractor II" means an alarm system contractor whose business includes all types of alarm systems, other than fire, for all purposes. A registered alarm system contractor II may contract only in the cities and/or counties for which his or her registration is issued. * EY and EZ are the alpha letters currently being used. No new licenses are issued with EH and EI, however old licenses with these designations can be renewed.
