License Description Articl V, Section 15 of Florida Constitution and Rule Regulating the Florida Bar: An individual who represents clients in court, before quasi-judicial officials, or before administrative agencies of the government. Attorneys may also act as trustees, guardians, or executors; may specialize in a particular phase or type of law (i.e., corporate law, real estate law, criminal law, etc.); and may also teach college courses in the law.
