License Description FS Chapter 473. "Certified public accountant" means an individual who holds a license to practice public accounting in this state or an individual who is practicing public accounting in this state pursuant to the practice privilege granted in s. 473.3141. The term "Florida certified public accountant" means an individual holding a license under the authority of this chapter.
