Athletic Ring Official
License Description Ring officials for amateur and professional boxing, wrestling, and martial arts matches must be licensed by The Idaho Athletic Commission. The commission regulates all contests and exhibitions involving unarmed combat between individuals. Applicants must: 1) Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; 2) Have no record of conviction of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; 3) Have had at least one year experience in either amateur or professional contest as a ring official; 4) Submit verification of proficiency from three people. Term: Licenses are renewed annually. Admin code 03.01.01 "Ring Official. Ring officials include referees, judges, timekeepers and glovers"
