Barber - Stylists
License Description Stylists must be licensed by the State Bureau of Occupational Licenses. In order to obtain a license, an applicant must: 1) Be at least sixteen and one-half years of age; 2) Complete of two years of high school or equivalent; 3) Complete an approved course or an apprenticeship in cosmetology or manicuring; 4) Pass a written and practical exam. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
