License Description Liquefied petroleum gas dealers in Idaho must submit evidence of meeting Board approved education, experience, and examination qualifications to be licensed by the Idaho Liquefied Petroleum Gas Safety Board. Applicants for licensure must: 1) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age and of good moral character; 2) Never have a license revoked or otherwise sanctioned as part of disciplinary action from this or any other state; 3) Never have been convicted, found guilty, or received a withheld judgment for any felony (rehabilitation of the applicant and other mitigating circumstances will be taken into consideration); 4) Never have been found by the board to have engaged in conduct prohibited by the licensure act; 5) Successfully complete a certified educational training program approved by the board; 6) Successfully complete 1 year of supervised experience; 7) Pass a written exam. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
