License Description Manufactured Home Responsible Managing Employee must be licensed in Idaho. Applicants must. Installer’s, Retailers have RME’s: 1.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 2.) Document employment including residential address of applicant and the name and address of the employer 3.) Provide a statement as to whether any previous application of the applicant has been denied or license revoked. Term: Licenses must be renewed annually.
