License Description	Anyone performing farm labor contractor activities on behalf of migrant and seasonal farmworkers in Idaho must be licensed by the Idaho Department of Labor. Applicants must: 1.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 2.) Post a surety bond to cover unpaid wages; 3.) Submit insurance documents for all vehicles used; 4.) Submit proof of workersâ€™ compensation coverage for all employees; 5.) Provide all employees at the time of hiring with full disclosure of the conditions of employment.
