License Description	Public Insurance Adjusters advocate for the policyholder in appraising and negotiating a claimant's insurance claim. To be licensed as an Public Adjuster, applicants must: 1.) Be 18 years of age; 2.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 3.) Submit fingerprints and pass a criminal background check; 4.) Have no felony convictions; 5.) Provide a $20,000 Surety bond; 6.) Pass a written exam; Term: Licenses are renewed bi-annually.
