License Description	Public school teachers in Idaho must be certified by the Idaho Department of Education. Applicants for certification must: 1.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 2.) Be at least 18 years of age; 3.) Have completed specific minimum requirements in college training required for each certification and endorsement sought; 4.) Pass a test required for each specific certification and endorsement sought; 5.) Submit fingerprints and pass a criminal background check.
