License Description In order to obtain a license to practice veterinary medicine, candidates must: Have completed a program in veterinary medicine from an accredited college of veterinary sciences or medicine. Have passed successfully the board-administered examination. Have not been convicted of a crime nor have been subject to disciplinary sanctions that would interfere with the ability to carry out professional duties. Pay all examination and application fees. More detailed information, including application materials and test dates, may be obtained directly from the Indiana Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.
