Registered Veterinarian Technician
License Description
In order to obtain a veterinary technician's license, candidates must: Be at least 18 years of age. Have successfully completed four years of high school education or its equivalent. Have successfully completed an approved program of veterinary technology. Successfully pass the board-administered examination. Have not been convicted of a crime that would have a direct bearing on the ability to carry out professional duties. Pay all application and examination fees. More detailed information, including application packets and test dates, may be obtained directly from the Indiana Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.
