Water Treatment Plant Class: WT2
License Description WT2 (Water Treatment 2) - with no population limitations, meets the requirements of clause (A) and either (B) or (C), or both as follows: (A) acquires water from one or both of the following: (1) ground water, (2) purchase; (B) utilizes chemical feed to achieve one of the following: (1) disinfection, (2) fluoride standardization, (3) water stabilization; (C) has one or both of the following: (1) ion exchange softening for cation removal, (2) inline filtration, if the population served is greater than 500 and less than 3,301.Requirements: Must meet all the following: A.Education: All grades require a minimum of high school or its equivalent B.Experience: Hands-on operation in the class system applied for, as follows: DSS - 1 year, DSM -1 year, DSL - 1 year, WT1 -1 year, WT2 - 1 year, WT3 - 2 years, WT4 - 2 years, WT5 - 3 years
