License Description  License authorizes individuals to measure and sample milk and cream.  All persons engaged in measuring and sampling from farm bulk must first make application to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Forestry on a form prescribed by him. A written and practical examination is required.  Must attend a training session conducted by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry and the Department of Health every two years.
