License Description To be registered as a Motor Fuels serviceperson, an applicant must submit an Application for Serviceperson registration along with a $100 fee. Additionally, they must have completed and passed the Michigan Jurisdictional Exam, NIST Handbook 44 Exam, and Vehicle and Axle-Load Scales exam.
