License Description To receive a Vehicle Dealer-Broker license, an applicant must submit and complete a License Application, have Michigan no-fault insurance, have written verification of zoning and municipal approval, an established place of business, a surety bond, Michigan no-fault fleet insurance, and pay the appropriate license fee ($75-$160).
