Minnesota Doula Registry
License Description A doula is a trained and/or experienced individual who provides emotional and physical support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. The Minnesota Doula Registry is maintained by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).

The Minnesota Legislature directed the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to establish a registry for Doulas and to provide a link to the registry through the Department of Health website.
