A minnow retailer license allows for the retail sale of minnows (including leeches) as bait at one business location. You must purchase an additional minnow retailer license for each additional retail location. Vehicles being used to transport minnows for retail sale are required to have a Minnow Retailer Vehicle License
Issued to residents and nonresidents. Issued as corporate or individual license.

License renewal packets will be mailed out to all current minnow retailer licensees in January. You can renew your license by completing and returning the enclosed license application.
