Licenses issued to residents only. 

Applicant must obtain a corporate surety bond in favor of the State of Minnesota in the amount of $1,000 payable to the state upon violation of a game and fish law.

All applications must be approved by the Attorney General's office before licenses are issued.

Annual reports need to be submitted to Natural Resource's enforcement division before licenses are issued.

An employee, partner, or officer buying or selling for a Raw Fur Dealer must obtain a Supplemental Fur Buyer License.
