Authorizes a nonresident to buy and sell raw furs in the state.

Licenses issued to nonresidents.

Applicant must obtain a corporate surety bond in favor of the State of Minnesota in the amount of $1,000 payable upon violation of a game and fish law.

All applications must be approved by the Attorney General's office before licenses are issued.

Annual reports need to be submitted to Natural Resource's enforcement division before licenses are issued.
