License Description General information terms and definitions: [Reference: Section 73-6-5(2), Section 41-58-5(3)(4)(6)(b)(d) Complete online RT Registration Form and submit online. Payment of $50.00 renewal fee (money order or cashier's check) biennially. Late fee, if paid after June 30, is $100.00. To renew, receive 12 hours of continuing education between July 1 and June 30 biennially (even years). RT has 12 months from employment to receive 12 continuing education hours, with 6 hours in radiation protection. Payment of renewal fee and continuing education hours is required for renewal biennially
