Duties are potentially wide-ranging, but may include making loans or investments, exercising management functions or major policy-making functions, or exercising substantial employee supervision duties.

Good moral character; Known integrity; Business experience & responsibility; Capable of conducting the affairs of a bank on sound financial principles.
