License Description

Occupational Description


Any person who transports raw or pasteurized milk or milk products to or from a milk plant, receiving station or transfer station. Any transportation of a direct farm pickup requires the milk tank truck driver to have responsibility for collecting and accompanying official samples to the milk plant. 

Licensure Requirements


 As a condition precedent to the issuance of a permit pursuant to the Nebraska Milk Act, the annual permit fees shall be paid to the department on or before August 1 of each year. 

Fees


 The annual fee is $25.00 

Renewal


 The annual permit fees shall be paid to the department on or before August 1 of each year.
