Athletic Trainer
License Description Applicants must: 1) Be of good moral character. 2) Be a U.S. citizen or lawfully entitled to work in the U.S. 3) Have at least a bachelor's degree in a program of study approved by the Board. 4) Submit fingerprints for a criminal background report. 5) Pass the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification Exam (NATABOC), or submit proof of current NATABOC certification. Fees are subject to change. Fees are: initial license --$300; annual renewal --$150.
