Water Treatment or Distribution Center Operator Certificate
License Description	Applicants must: 1) Be at least 18 years old. 2) Have a high school diploma or G.E.D. 3) Pass a written exam. Note: Higher grades of certification require completion of additional postsecondary instruction approved by the Bureau. The type and size of the water system will determine the type and grade level of certification needed. Contact the Bureau for specific information. Fees may be subject to change. Fees are: full certificate - $84; operator-in-training certificate- $57; certificate by reciprocity - $57.
