• Must be a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer (Contact the NH Insurance Department for information)
• Pass examination

Examination:  Written examination required

Continuing Education: Not required

Fees:

• Examination: $400
• Initial filing fee per county: $100
• Annual filing fee per county: $100

Registrations expire on December 31 of each year

Reciprocity: Not permitted
