License Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Distribution and collection technicians may perform all duties related to operation and maintenance of storage and distribution systems. A Distribution and collection technician may also perform duties related to the operation and maintenance of total retention lagoon systems and collection systems. All duties must be performed under the general supervision of a DEQ certified operator.
