License Description JOB DESCRIPTION: An architect plans and designs private as well as public building such as churches, factories, and hospitals. Architects organize all services necessary for construction. They can be involved during every phase of construction with the design, engineering, managerial, and supervisory responsibilities. Architects can practice privately or work for builders, real estate developers, and other businesses that have large construction programs. Note: 24 hours Health Safety and Welfare is required.
